    Cliff Bleszinski, celebrated game designer behind the Unreal Tournament series and Xbox blockbuster franchise, Gears of War, has finally revealed his next step after leaving Epic Games in 2012. The long-time designer is setting up his own shop, Boss Key Productions, and he’s taking Guerrilla Games’ co-founder Arjan Brussee with him too.     Arjan Brussee was one of the first democoders to become a successful software developer for a large game publisher, Epic Megagames. Arjan started off as a coder in legendary demo group Ultra Force, and around 1993 went to work for Epic on the shareware game . His work since includes (with music by Straylight Productions) and contributions to numerous products, including but not limited to late-1999 strategy game .

    Brusee co-founded Guerrilla Games. He left the company in 2012 to join Visceral Games where he worked as an executive producer on Battlefield Hardline. In 2014 Brussee founded a new studio, Boss Key Productions, with Cliff Bleszinski.
