Dr. Feroud Ahmed, is the Associate Professor of Environmental Science and Sustainability in the Department of Environmental science at IUBAT since March 1, 2018. He is also the Assistant Director of the IUBAT Institute of SDG Studies (IISS). He received BSc and MSc degrees in Botany from the University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. He also obtained his PhD in Climate Change Adaptation Policy and Food Security from the University of Malaya Malaysia with the Bright Spark Scholarship in 2016. He developed a 50 year’s Climate Change Policy m Model for Food Sustainability of Malaysia. He also did a Postdoc in Climate Change Mitigation from the same university in Malaysia. He has the potential involvement with IUCN, UNECSO, Climate Trackers, Academic Exchange Information Centre (AEIC) and Centre for Asian Climate and Environmental Policy Studies (CACEPS) for different project and research works.
